I am a single work in S'pore, currently renting a room, my landlord needs me to leave in Jan. I have a small apartment (441 sqft, one bedroom with full facilities) near Eunos mrt station (10 minites walking), which should be ready in Jan too. Please advise should I continue renting a room or move to new aprtment? How much to cost a room near central area and how much can I rent out my apartment?

Currently eunos apt there could fetch around 2300 to 2500, n for central room will be from 1200 to 1500,

continue to rent a room ..so that you have roof over your head from jan 2011.
if you can get your apt keys.. consider to move in or rent it..
take one step at a time..have fun
