Hi, I'm looking for a studio or 1 bedroom condo or apartment.
My preferences are below
1. Utilities are included
2. I'll be staying solo. My girlfriend will be staying with me after a week.
3. I need to move in by July 5.
4. My budget is around 1000 SGD to 1500 SGD 5. I'll be working in NCS near Ang Mo Kio. My girlfriend will be working near queenstown. So we need an apartment at least in the middle.
Should the conditions above are not meant, here is our second option.
1. 2 common rooms. At least 1 or 2 people are staying with us is okay.
2. Utilities are still included
3. Budget is around 700 to 1k per person.
4. It still should be between queenstown and Ang mo kio.
