I am currently living in an EC and have only stayed 3 years plus out of my 5 years MOP. Is there solutions for me to sell my EC now?

You may write in to HDB with your valid reason.

I have served owners who are in your current situation. Most of them have valid reasons, which allows you to write in, to seek for approval.
