I am looking for a 2 bedroom plus study apartment on east coast, with sea view, with floor area of 1300-1500 sqft and budget ~2m. Project must be new (TOP>2008). Flat must have a private lift. Freehold.

Which are the topmost (very best) three new condos in terms of quality on east coast?

    prefer hig floor with good sea view please. TOP in 2011 or 2012 also can be considered.

    Must be top end of quality and must have private lift to apartment.
