In my humble opinion, Yishun does not offer as much upside potential as Tampines or Pasir Ris. You may also face challenges securing tenants for your unit.
As for The Alps and Coco Palms, there is plenty of supplies around that area. Projects such as Waterview, Tropica, Arc at Tampines, Qbay and Santorini etc at Tampines and D'Nest, NV Residences, Livia, The Palette etc at Pasir Ris will be your direct competitiors for rental.
You may want to look for other locations instead. Please feel free to contact me so that I can understand your objectives better and provide you with some of the potential areas that you can look at!
