I am looking for landed property in D15/D16 area, are there any new project coming up? Who is the devleoper? what kind of size and price? Anyone know of a Jalan Demark landed project? or another one between Upper Changi Rd and Sunbird Place? Can agent dealing on these?

Hi Nic;

I have 2 units at Jln Demark available..its inter-corner terrace(land area 2371 sq ft,built up area 3833 sq ft) and corner terrace(land area 1686 sq ft,built up area 3833 sq ft).3 storey houses with 5+1 bedrooms..kindly contact me for more info please..thank you..
