I am quite new to singapore real estate market and would like to know about the following.
> I have a monthly budget of 2300(max),is it possible to get a good appartment(2+1 atleast) in ECP / Marine parade area in this price.
>If I need the appt. in June when should I start looking from.
>I am interested in Executive HBD (atleast 2+1) in ECP area , will it be possible with this budget.

Afternoon,

In your question, I gathered that you are hunting for a 3 room HDB unit in Marine Parade. With your cash budget for loan, you should be able to work out the financing. You current issue will be the 20% downpayment and your citizenship status.
