I am looking to purchase a 3 bedroom condo above 1,200sqft in the Newton / Novena area TOP 2010/11/12 within $1.6m. I understand that prices are currently around / above $1.9m in this area (Rochelle @ Netwon). Do you think that with the recent cooling measures prices announced last week will result in prices to drop below $1.6m?
