Hi.Understand that Esparina EC was just launched today and application last till 5th of Oct. Can I check the experts view on the price of around $700-$800 psf, which amounts to about $750,000 for a 3 bedroom 1000 sq ft. Our combined income is about $8,000 and is worried of the financial commitment/liability tied to this pricing although the location looks really attractive.

Should I wait for new BTOs/DBSS or future EC since prices are likely to drop after the lastest round of government cooling measures? Seeking expert's advice on financial issues as well as market views. Thanks in advance.
