I am not sure if I want to buy a new place. It will depend how much a bank can loan me. How do I find out without committing myself to actually taking up the loan?

Morning,

I can recommend you my banker and he will assess your credit status and advice on how much loan the bank can dish out to you. From there, I can help you to work out the sums and source for a unit that's well within your budget.
