Sure I can find you the best deal. May I know if you are looking at resale or under construction property? For new launch under construction property, bank only offers floating rate packages and it is currently hovering around 4.3% . For fixed rate you have rates around 3% . You may be able to get a better rate for a higher loan amount package. How do I reach out to you?
