I am subletting my unit to 3 tenants and I don't stay there. The washing machine is intermittently malfunctioning. I will like to replace the washing machine. Is it fair for my tenants to split the first $200 among themselves while I pay for the remaining amount? Or i should be taking the entire cost?

Hi,

Minor repair and replacement clause per item is usually kept at $150 and the rest of the bill will be absorbed by the landlord.
