I am the owner of a corner 1088 sq ft B2 10th floor Harvest@Woodlands industrial unit who has to pay GST till TOP.

I am not registered for GST and have already paid nearly half of the GST required. If I sell my property now, would the sub-sale benefit a GST registered buyer i.e that the buyer would be able to claim GST on the balance to pay the developer ?
