Hi, there are slight difference between a new condo and a resale condo . Most 1st owner of a new property will fetch a higher return yield from rental but some resale property will be able to fetch the same yield as well . Hi, asper your enquiry I gather that you are an investor, therefore the rental yield would be most important to you. Having said that , if it is a long term investment then capital appreciation would also be the next factor that you shud be checking up . Of course newer project the prices are higher compared to resale hence it depends on your budget that you are prepared to start with.
