I am thinking of looking for a freehold condo in pasir panjang but I need to fund the purchase by selling my HDB 5-room in choa chu kang. So do I look for buyer for my flat first or do I look a property to buy first? Should I get the same agent to do both transactions? If I look for something I like first and then get the agent to sell my flat, I am worried that I would be forced to sell my flat at a low price since time is not on my side (given that I have already paid the option fee for the new property) If I sell my flat and then rely on the agent to look for a suitable private property, my choice of my property will be limited by what the agent has and also I will need to get a unit fast since I will need to vacate from my HDB unit for the new owners. limited
