I bought a condo in 2004 for S$0.9m.
Was fully paid by me but the property is register under joint name with my wife. Now someone want to buy my condo for $2mil and I wanted to sell. However my wife refused to sign the option form. Is there anyway I can sell the condo without my wife's consent?
