I contacted an agent from Orange Tee & Tie Pte Ltd via PropertyGuru for one vacant unit and after following up for with her for couple of days, agent finally replied today by saying Landlord prefers Non indian. And when I asked why she didn't mentioned in the description, she said they cannot do that. Is that even legal?
