I currently own a condo
My friend own a condo herself too
We are looking into sharing a second private property. Questions:
1) can we buy a second condo financed via CPF?
2) read from somewhere that if buy second property, the ordinary account and special account must have a combine sum of $53k, does this apply to myself only or this $53k actually is shared by my friend and I since this second property is shared by two of us.
3) if we are not using CPF to finance the second condo, do we still have to follow the S$53k minimum sum that we need to set aside in ordinary and special account
thanks in advance for answering!
