Dear Joy, My estimate of a valuation for your unit is in the range of $680k and with existing sentiments, you will probably be looking at a transaction price of $720k range or maybe more since you have indicated that unit is newly renovated. As supply is scarce for your unit type, it should attract fairly good response in viewership, therefore the critical portion here is how skilled is the salesperson to get the right offer. Today's market is unlike last year where units in good location can sell by itself (I sold a unit which requires full renovation for $100k COV in 1 viewing), therefore a lot will be dependant on the closing skills of salesperson.
