I got question regarding lawyer to act for my purchase and mortgage property. Normally how much they charge us for their commission so that I am aware if they overcharge me. Thank you for the advice.

It mostly depends on the purchase price & type of property (HDB/ private). In average it's around $2-2.8K. But it also depends on other services they may render to you. Read More
