A brand new 2 bedrooms unit in your location is going for about $3200 partial furnished therefore you can probably consider about $3000 if your unit is still in good shape. In term of rental, you should be able to get approximately $3.4k if your unit is fully furnished.

Do refer to IRAS e Tax guide on SSD:

It stated that the material date of acquisition will be based on the date you exercised the OTP. As long as you exercised your OTP before 13 Jan 2011, you won't be subject to the 4 years SSD.
