Co-living space is permitted as long as they do not exceed the maximum capacity of 6 persons in the residential unit.
The co-living operator will also be undertaking all responsibilities of screening of the tenants to ensure they have the proper visa status to stay in Singapore.
Co-living operators will usually be looking at longer lease term and they will also be sprucing up the apartment to make the entire apartment more appealing to the occupants, however, you may wish to take note that the landlord may not necessary receive the premium rent from the co-living operators due to the costs put in for the business required.
