I have a 2BR condo I want to rent out in D15, not far from the Paya Lebar MRT. How much can it fetch on the rental market? It's about 900+ sqft in size.

I've just assisted my tenant to rent a brand new 2 bedroom TOP unit at D15. 2 years lease, $3300, commencing mid April 2012.
