What is your asking rent? Market rent between $4200 to $4800 depends on unfurnish,part-furn or fully furnished,floor level ,facing & size/area of the unit.

Decision is up to you as the landlord on your comfort level in signing exclusivity. If not, you can just appoint a sole real estate salesperson to handle the rental for you. You can even pass the house keys to me so I can bring up qualified tenants anytime for viewing without taking up your precious time if the unit is vacant.
