If you are looking at selling the unit, you will need to fulfill the MOP requirements before you are eligible to sell. As for the estimated selling price of your unit, I would need to know the actual location and level before I can give you a better guide. And as you are working overseas, do you have power of attorney acting for you in Singapore?
