I have a new property to sell (TOP2012) I would like to know if there any charges incurred in engaging an agent to sell for me. What if it is not sold eventually? Do i need to pay any fees to agent.

Hi Vivi,

Agent comm for selling is 2%.
You do not have to pay any agent comm if your property is not sold.

1) 2% commission for selling.
2) Need to pay comm only if property is sold.
