I have a one bedder unit (abouht 450 sqft)at fifth floor (highest floor, small project)which TOP soon, 10 minutes walking distance from Eunos mrt station, facilities include swimming pool, fitness corner, BBQ pits and 24 hours security, what is the market price for the rental? How much do I need to pay for the commision?
