Hi Guru, if I have a budget of 380k. Looking for high-floor 5 room flat, 6 to 8 min walk to any train stations. Which districts should I be looking at?

Hi Looking Around,

I have a unit at Sengkang Blk 325A Sengkang East Way which is walking distance to MRT. You can check out my listings to view the photos and conditions of this house. It's terrific and vacant currently.
