I have a very bad landlord while staying at 349A Pasir Panjang Murano condo. Not only did she delay or refuse to fix many problems with old appliances and fixtures early in the lease, she has deducted a big sum from my security deposit for big maintainance jobs like floor resurfacing and such. I have only stayed there for 1 year and although these things stopped working a few months into my lease (and I notified her), she is charging me. What constitutes "fair wear and tear"? What can I do?
