I did not see any advertisement on your unit that is put up on propertyguru. 6 months is a long marketing period and do you mind sharing how was the response of the sale, ie how many viewings were conducted during this period and were there any offers on the unit.

You may want to gather the feedback from the agent to find out why the sale is not moving and discuss what could be done to improve the response. For my clients, the average time to secure a buyer is usually a 3 months period.
