Hi,

If you are a citizen, once your MOP is met, you are eligible to buy a private condo and rent out your HDB. May I know when are you looking to purchase and whats your housing plans? Thanks.

    Hi can I check if the entire hdb flat can be rented out? Is this against hdb regulations? I am a citizen.

Good morning!

If one of your household is a SC, you can keep and rent out your HDB.

If your household is a SPR, you have to sell off your HDB within 6 months from private property purchase completion.
