To be very pessimistic on the rental, you should be looking at around $2400. That is if your unit is bare and original (maybe rundown), since you have not mentioned about the condition of your unit and if it comes furnished with aircon.

If you do allow me an opportunity to visit your unit available to do a quick assessment, I maybe able to provide a better estimation. Furthermore my office is also in Toa Payoh, therefore it will be very convenient for me to drop by.
