Hi Jerome,

You probably are aware of the softening rental market. Everyone is hoping if the IR launch in Q1 next year would bring in the expected visitors visiting Singapore and the IRs. If this is positive and at that the time the economy has stablised/ growing, the rental market should pick up; else many would prefer to look at other investment alternative.

Hi Jerome,

I have rented out the penthouse in Aston and brought tenants to view a couple of units there. I will strongly advise you to find a tenant fast and be open to both long term and short term lease. The reason is because there is a huge construction coming up next to Aston. Of course, all this factors are subject to the facing of your unit.
