Hi, I think you should give your current agent the benefit of doubt that he or she has done the best despite the market condition looks bleak and will lead to early next year. But if you really have to change, I would suggest you may like to have a few this time round.

If you are unsure about what the problem is behindthis four months and allow this to continue, it will still lead to nowhere. I am not encouraging you to move on but to find out the root cause and rectify it. If the current salesperson is unable to perform, why hang onto the same person? Market is still moving except that prices are not as attractive, otherwise how to explain the weekly or even daily transactions that has been captured?

If your direct manager is unable to help your, look for seniors around. There are always helpful people in any agency.
