I currently have one more year to fulfill my MOP for my HDB BTO flat. Am I allowed to apply for NEW CONDO developments that will only be completed one year later? Or must I wait till my MOP is fulfilled, before being able to apply?

You have to fulfill the MOP first before you can purchase a private property.
