I have to take up bank loan for the transfer of my former ex share to my name (transfer of ownership to 1 party) due to divorce as stated in the court order. Bank in principle has not problem on the refinancing of loan.

But was told to look for a lawyer to act for both. Can advise what is the fee for refinance of HDB loan & act on both (buyer & seller) behalf for the transfer for the divorce.

Any lawyer to recommend & the cost?
