Most agents will share with you that they did not get the support of their manager, yet they are succesful. You have it in you to be successful if you decide to be.

Having said that, if you want to enjoy good coaching and support, then do not let the transfer fees prohibit you. It's nothing compared to the income lost and the price you pay for banging your head against the walls.
