I just bought a condo 650k and, sold my hdb flat 300k.
I used bridging loan and reimburse stamp duty from CPF.
My solicitor charge me $3500 for buying condo, and $1200 for selling condo. He said I have to pay higher legal fee because of the bridging loan.
Is it true? does the legal fee reasonable.
