I just bought a condo unit with tenancy. Tenant told me 1. bedroom leaks whenever it rains and 2. aircon not cold. Apparently he has complained to former owner and former owner did a minor repair a month ago (while property transaction is on-going) for the leakage. Still, the room leaks whenever it rains.
The complaint on aircon not cold falls on deaf ear.
Former owner, his lawyer nor the agent informed me of this. I only get to know it from tenant. What are my obligations?
