I know agents have a lot of clients. But i previously had a not so pleasant encounter with some agents who confused me on the way they handled the paperwork. They didnt even accompany us to the HDB on buying and selling day. Is it normal? Sad to say, i didnt really get the dream house i wanted because it was in a hurry and they keep saying its because of the pandemic so shortage of resale flats is slow. Its like as though these agents are just rushing me to complete the deals. They even have no idea on finance matters that involves other gov agencies. The flat that was bought by me had an even selfish and irresponsible ex-owner who keeps blaming their tenants on not clearing their stuff on the completion day. I hope that people would be careful on getting agents to help them. How do we feedback on these agents?
