I like to complain against this agent.
I have WhatsApp her for quite awhile. She read but no reply for the first time.
When I text her again for the second time after sometime, she clearly went online to read the message but chooses to ignore again.
Is this how property agent work?
If yes, then clearly the industry need to make some changes in their services.

Please advise.

Why don't you try to call instead? It could be a case of being busy at both times you have messaged therefore unable to reply to your message and then subsequently forgotten about your message. Some agents are handling 100s of messages per day for the different listings therefore there is a tendency to miss out on messages.
