I need some advise.I had rented a 5 room flat and the contract will end this Aug. However due to unforeseen cicumstances which I am not comfortable to say I will not be able to pay for the next month rental onwards as I need the money.
I'm being realistic that I won't be able to afford the rental anymore which I did not foresee coming.
What will happen if I end the contract early?
Is there any better solutions that you can advise me?
