I noted that I have to pay COV on 1st appointment? Is there any alternative ways to pay the COV like deduct from my selling house sales proceed? I am not on contra or bridging loan as I am unable to apply for the same.

Noted there are a lot of short term loan schemes for hdb sellers nowadays. What are the terms and conditions like?

Dear Gurus here, please assist me. I am at the loose end to find ways to pay my buying house COV of $30K. :(
