I own a HDB Double Storey Shop House in Tampines St 43. (Opp. a Turf Club with 04 D outlet operator). Existingly rented out with a newed tenancy for another 02 years.
I have the intention to sell it.
01).What price can I ask for now?
02).Do I need to get a valuation before getting an agent to sell it for me?

We as agents are able to get the bank indicative valuation for you.
