I paid $1000 to the agent who informed me that he was authorised to collect and complete the deal on behalf of the agent.Then the agent informed that the owner want a two years lease agaisnt the initially one year lease.The deal was cancell now the agent telling he do now know when the owner will refund the $1000 deposit.
