I recently cleared all my debts (loans and credit card). If i am able to afford the 20% downpayment, would it be difficult to get a bank loan (for hdb or Condo) if i have bad credit report. What about EC with deferred payment?

You may simply get a banker to advice you on this, or I can get my banker to contact you on this.
