I rented out my common room in my private apartment and engaged my own agent. The tenant's agent did the stamping without informing my agent. Consequently, I had to pay an additional property tax. My agents indicated that the tenants' agent should have informed them before doing the stamping, and that if he had done so, they would have informed me of the impact on property tax. In this case, whose responsibility is it that I am unable of the stamping & effect on my taxes?
