i saw many of the units in beacon heights for sale below valuation. What is the reason to sale that units below 10% valuation. Is that condo will be worthable for investment and rental purpose. I am interested to sale my hdb only if i get the best unit(3 bed free hold condo not more that 850k) for reasonable price. Pls, provide me what are all the units u r having sale for the above mentioned price. If only interested with that information, then i contact u.thank u so much for ur reply.
