I understand that as a foreigner, if one wishes to buy landed property (such as detached house), the foreigner need to apply for approval from Singapore Land Authority before buying. What is the possibility of getting approval (say 10%)?

Hi Newcomer,

There are a lot of factors to get the approval.
I would suggest applying for the approval first since you can do so before purchasing an unit.
