I understand that for landed property the price analysis used to decide on the fair selling price is the "land psf".

How about if I am selling a single storey original terrace houso as well as a 3 storey fully renovated terrace house - on the same street. Do you still use the "land psf" to decide on the fair market selling price?

Can somebody assist me with this confusing issue?

Hi Meza,

Every property has its own value based on the condition of the house and its facing.

Definitely the renovated 3-sty house can fetch a higher selling price than a original house. How much higher is very much depend on the type of renovation and the facing of the house.

Please feel free to contact me for a no-obligated free price indication of your property.
